Referral Terms

These terms apply to Restyling’s Refer & Earn program. Questions? Call us on 0437 773 317.
1. Referrals
- You must be 18 or older to refer.
- You can’t refer yourself.
- A referral must be a genuine new lead for Restyling.
- The customer must contact Restyling through your unique referral link or QR code, so the referral can be recorded.
- If more than one person refers the same customer, the first valid recorded referral receives the credit.
- Existing Restyling leads and customers don’t become new referrals just because they later use someone’s referral link.
2. Rewards
Job referrals
5% of qualifying work actually completed and paid for. The maximum reward is $5,000 per job.
Property referrals
$1,000 to $5,000, using the published reward tiers:

| $750,000 to under $1,000,000 | $3,000 |
| $1,000,000 to under $1,500,000 | $4,000 |
| $1,500,000 or more | $5,000 |
No reward
No reward is payable for business that is cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated, unpaid or not completed.
3. When rewards are paid
- Job rewards become payable after the qualifying work is completed and Restyling has received payment.
- Property rewards become payable after the qualifying property transaction settles.
- When a reward becomes payable, we may ask for the information we need to pay it, such as bank details, ABN, GST, tax or other payment documents where they apply.
- You’re responsible for your own tax obligations.
4. Introductions only
Referrers make introductions only. You’re not authorised to represent Restyling, quote or negotiate on Restyling’s behalf, value property, negotiate a property transaction or make promises for Restyling.
5. The program
- Restyling may run, change or end Refer & Earn, subject to applicable law.
- Queensland law applies.
